When
Greg arrives for a triathlon event, he must be changing in a
phone booth! A pleasure to talk to and hang out with,
when Greg competes, it is always a "super" and tenacious all
out effort. A student of triathlon who then applies
what he learns, Greg attended nearly every club camp in 2007
and is very familiar with not just our resources, but what
else is "out there" in the tri universe to help you get
comfortable and compete. |

Joe is listed at the next level, but he really would
rather talk about how to get here and enjoy triathlon, while respecting
the demands of swim, bike, and run! If you have done a few
triathlons at the shorter distances, or are thinking of doing a few more
this year with the goal to move up to a 70.3 or 140.6 at year end or

Bill Parke

|
Bill is a husband, father, and in 2007 became an
IronMan! He is the classic triathlete story of making the climb
from sprint, olympic, half IM to full IronMan...all the while getting
faster, stronger, and eventually packaging all that into an endurance
athlete who wanted to do well. And indeed he did! If your
approach is like Bill's, then he would be happy to share his knowledge
on what it takes to live in the real world, and train to do well in
IronMan! |

More to come........
New to triathlon and need to ask a
silly question? We all have been there! Join the club,
receive a "buddy" and ask away. We're here to help!
Ready to go from sprint to Half Ironman?
Our members who have made the same transition are here to help you make
the jump and share the ups and downs of their own learning curve.
This is not coaching...this is the JSTC
helping fellow members. We have programs for swim, bike, and run
to help you get there.
Stay Tuned....
